Luhačovice is a town with an architecture strongly influenced by the Slovakian architect and ethnographer Dušan Jurkovič. In the beginning of the 20th century, he decided to create an entirely unique complex of buildings in a folk secession style. Between 1902–1914 he fundamentally influenced the look of single buildings and also the whole urban layout of the Luhačovice spa. Take a look at single buildings of Dušan Jurkovič in the town conservation area of Luhačovice.
